We envision a world where mental wellness is a priority, and every individual in our community has the opportunity to thrive. By fostering understanding and providing comprehensive support, we aim to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and create a more inclusive and supportive society.
Our Story:
The Leadin' Lady Foundation was founded in 2012 by CEO Simone Holloman-McKoy due to her passion for making a difference in the lives of the youth around her struggling with mental health issues. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by communities of color, especially women and children. Our founder with the support of close friends who shared in vision and passion, set out to create a safe space where individuals especially young women could find the support, resources, and community they need to heal and grow.

Our approach is holistic, addressing the diverse needs of our community through a range of services. We believe in the power of community and the importance of culturally sensitive care. Our programs are designed to be inclusive, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, can access the help they need.
